ELIGIBILITY The appointment is initially on contractual basis to be guided by the Odisha Group-C & Group-D Posts (Contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013 notified vi de Govt. in G .A. Department Notification No. GAD-SC-Rules-0009-2013-32010/Gen dt. 12.11.2013. i) AGE Must not be below 21 years and above 32 years of age as on 1.1.2017. ii) UPPER AGE RELAXATION: - 5 years in case of SEBC, SC, ST, and Women candidates. 10-years for PwD Candidates, cumulative age relaxation of 10 years over & above the normal age relaxation fo r PwD Candidate in SC & ST category, total period of service rendered in Defence Services in "' case of Ex-Service Men category and up to 45 years as on 01.01.2017 for in-service contractual employees as per provisions contained in Odis ha Contractual Appointment Rule.s 2013. iii) MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-The minimum educational qualification for all the posts is HSC with ITI pass in Draughtsman/Draftsman (Civil) from institutions affiliated by NCVT and knowledge in Computer Application & AutoCAD. iv) PLAN OF EXAMINATION: i)Main Written Examination -200 marks ii)Computer Practical Skill Test(Qualifying)-50 marks iii)Certificate verification v) OPTION- The candidates shall have to exercise their option for different posts in order of preference. EXAMINATION FEES Rs.100/- (can be remitted on line through Odisha Treasury Portal (e-chalan) or Treasury Chalan in any Treasury/Sub-Treasury under the prescribed Head of Account.
