Dress your little ones in their Halloween attire and meet in The Woods for a short presentation of the costumed kiddos . Games , prizes, and merriment will follow, join us for the fun and stay for the festivities. Taijutsu 8 Week Session - Ages 7 - 14 8 week session begins every Thursday from October 11 - December 13 Classes run from 6: 00pm to 6:45pm . Taijutsu practices mi xed Martial Arts by utilizing techniques from judo, bo xing , muay thai , wrestling , and jiu-jitsu. Weird & Wacky Science Camp - Ages 5+ Friday, October 19, 9: 00am to 11 : 30am Kids will love the hands-on experiments we have in store for them l We will be very busy creating masterpieces and messes as we see just how outrageously silly science can get. Non-Scary Halloween Fun Camp - Ages 5+ Monday, October 22 , 9: 00am to 11 :30am . We have a variety of fun and creative activities that will put your little monster in the Halloween mood ! Weight Training for Teens Camp - Ages 13+ Monday, October 22 , 1 : OOpm to 3:00pm . This camp will teach safety, and technique, as we develop a weightlifting regime to meet individual goals. CW High School Student is Accepting Donations for Clothing & Necessity Drive My name is Robyn and I live on Frederick Circle. My 11th grade PLHS daughter is organizing a clothing and necessity drive for the two organizations for her affiliation with National Honor Society & Key Club . She tutors every day after school for a group of low income kids on the corner of 72nd and Harrison in a low income housing facility run by Mercy Housing. It came to her attention that many of the children do not have necessities going in to the winter months due to lack of means . This is how it started , but her vision has grown and so we contacted Heartland Family Services that cares for a wide range of needs of children . With your help , her hope is to gather gently used , clean clothing as well as toiletries including diaper wipes that can be brought to these facilities for distribution. We would be happy to collect anything that you would be willing to donate to this cause. Please email me at rla [email protected] and leave your items on the front porch and we can pick them up from there . Thank you so much for your help and time with this effort. CWBoot Camp Anyone interested in a Sunday mornings workout at 9:00am? There will be a warm-up, 30 minutes if cardio and strength training , followed by 15 minutes of core. New Event - Papillion Extreme 5K The 1 st Annual Papillion Extreme 5K is scheduled for October 20 and will begin at 2:00 pm.

Start and finish will be at Sumtur Amphitheater in Walnut Creek Lake & Recreation Area. This race will feature 12." ,' or more obstacles with challenges such as . the Fire Jump, Sand Bag Carry, Lake Crossing , , ' Mud Mayhem and more.
