Varsity Volleyball:“Our team this year is the most talented group we've had at Strong Rock in a while. They love the sport, want to win, work hard, and want to make their mark on this program. This has been a growing year for us as we have six returning Varsity players from last year and several players who moved up, with a majority of our team being underclassmen. Since the mental part of the game is the toughest to grasp, we have been honing in on the mental, emotional, and relational aspects of our play. They are coachable, hungry to learn, and have the potential to go far this season. We look forward to seeing what they can do in the Region Tournament and playoffs!” - Coach Mayer
