Why did you join the Chamber of Commerce? Was
it to network with local businesses? get involved
with community events? Or just join to say you
are a member? Whatever the reason, the best
way to take advantage of your membership is to
get involved with some of the many events that
the chamber is involved with throughout the year.
There is the annual Golf Tournament, Community
Expo, The Annual Awards banquet, The Raffle
Bash and Operation Thank You. Then there are
the numerous “business after hours”. These all
provide a chance to promote your business or
learn about other businesses in the area. You will
get out of it what you put into it, so take ad-
vantage of your membership. Call or stop by the
Chamber office and find out what you can do to
get involved.
