สูง สามารถเลือกใช้งานตามปริมาณพื้นที่ที่ ใช้เก็บข้อมูลจราจรของ

องค์กร

ในการจัดส่งข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (Log File) ไปจัดเก็บในระบบ Centralized Log Hosting ของเคเอสซี จ�าเป็นต้องมีอุปกรณ์ที่ท�าหน้าที่จัดส่งข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (Log File) เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า และ ตอบรบัพระราชบญัญตัวิา่ดว้ยการกระท�าความผดิเกีย่วกบัคอมพวิเตอร ์พ.ศ. 2550 ทางเคเอสซี จึงจัดบริการส�าหรับกลุ่มลูกค้าองค์กรให้สามารถเลือกใช้งานตามรปูแบบการเชือ่มตอ่ระบบเครอืขา่ยภายในองคก์ร สามารถแบง่เปน็ 2 รปูแบบ ดังนี้

Centralized Log Hosting is high capacity data traffic (Log File) managing and hosting service. Types of service are

various, according to its log file storage space.

In order to send log file to store in KSC’s Centralized Log Hosting, some devices are required. To cater our customers’ need

and response to the Computer Crime Act. B.E.2550, devices are required and KSC therefore provides 2 types services for

our corporate users to choose, according to their requirements.

1. Log Consolidate: A customer installs a consolidating device that transfers log file to store in KSC’s Centralized Log

Hosting. This type of service is suitable for SME who doesn’t invest in log file consolidating devices.

2. Log Software Agent: The software transfers log file to store in KSC’s Centralized Log Hosting. This type of service is

appropriate for medium size company who has devices or servers to send log file such as firewall, mail server or proxy

server. Software agent can be connected to a server and works with Window, Linux, Solaris, OSX, FreeBSD and AIX system.

A customer can install log software agent by following an KSC’s software installing manual or have KSC expert staff installed

it for you.

The latest technology that is now coming public’s interest is

definitely the Virtualization Technology of PC and Cloud

Computing, which virtualizes computer resources to enhance

working capacity and increase convenience to users.

Virtualization Technology

Virtualization Platform is a virtualization of computers or operating

systems. It hides the physical characteristics of computing platform

from the users. Virtualization is the consolidation of servers to enhance

capacity of resources, CPU and operation system. Each OS running

on a physical server becomes converted to a distinct OS running

inside a virtual machine. The large server can “host” many such “guest”

virtual machines. This is known as Physical-to-Virtual (P2V )

transformation.

A virtual machine can be more easily controlled and inspected from

outside than a physical one, and its configuration is more flexible.

This is very useful in kernel development and full virtualization which

simulates OS operation. For example, inside the mainframe includes

Parallels Workstation, Parallels Desktop for Mac, VirtualBox, Virtual

Iron, Oracle VM, Virtual PC, Virtual Server, Hyper-V, VMware

Workstation, VMware Server (formerly GSX Server), QEMU, Adeos,

Mac-on-Linux, Win4BSD, Win4Lin Pro, and Egenera vBlade technology.

Examples of virtualization platforms adapted to such hardware

include Linux KVM, VMware Workstation, VMware Fusion, Microsoft

Virtual PC, Xen, Parallels Desktop for Mac, VirtualBox and Parallels

Workstation.

Virtualization control resource systems, such as storage volume,

specification name and resource network.

• Virtual Memory allows address configuration by either setting

partitions or not configuring memory and disk space.

• Virtualization storage has a complete and reasonable storage process

by using Raid and also by using array of each disk. Disk partition is to

separate resources such as disk space or broadband network into

partition to reduce resources and make it easy to manage the same

type of resources.

• Logical volume management to centralize all disks into a large-

size disk and allow disk repartition.

• Network virtualization creates an internal address network

virtualizes or subnet of different network.

• Channel binding. Use multilink to work with 1-channel

operational and high bandwidth links.

• Input, output of virtualization such as vNICs, vHBAs.

• Consolidate virtualization memory from memory resources,

such as a network into central memory.

Cloud Computing Architecture and relating technology

Cloud computing is a style of computing in which dynamically scalable

and often virtualized resources are provided as a service over the

Internet. Users need not have knowledge of, expertise in, or control

over the technology infrastructure in the “cloud” that supports them.

The Cloud concept generally incorporates combinations of

infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) and

software as a service (SaaS). The technology direction is in theme in

the Internet. The Cloud computing service works with online business

application via web browser. The software and data are stored in a

server.

คงทั้งเบื่อ ทั้งเซ็งไม่น้อย หากแต่ ในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ลอง

ออกมายดืเส้นยดืสาย ท้าความกลา้ ปลุกเร้าความตืน่เต้นเร้าใจให้

กับเอง แถมได้สัมผัสธรรมชาติอย่างใกล้ชิด กับกีฬาปีนผา กีฬา

วัดใจที่ไม่ธรรมดา ซึ่งต้องอาศัยองค์ประกอบดังนี้

It could be so boring if you have to sit in front of a computer for the whole week. Let’s get relaxation from an exciting sport like rock climbing. It could be breath-taking and also let you stay close to beautiful nature. Here is something you need to prepare;

First, you need to be brave and when your mind is ready, you also need to strengthen your muscle, lung and heart by consistently working out. When you are ready, it’s time to have fun!

Equipments used in sport climbing includes: 1. Climbing Shoe – a piece of footwork that is designed for rock climbing. Typically, the shoe is quite similar to those of runners’. It has sticky rubbler to ensure that it will retain traction on the rock.

2. Chalk bag – a fabric bag for holding a powder-liked chalk. The chalk is magnesium carbonate. It absorbs sweat that may come out after climbing for a while. The chalk is then used to prevent slippery and improve grips when you are climbing the rock.

3. Climbing Harness – a piece of equipment that comprises a waist belt and two leg loops. In order to wear it, you need to put legs into the leg loops first, then you wrap around the waist belt above your hips. Back-feed the buckle so the waist belt cannot slip. Adjust the belt until it fit your legs but not too tight since it may squeeze your blood vessels and become dangerous during climbing.

In order to use, you need to insert cable into a big loop, wrap around small loop so that the cable is locked with the figure of eight, a small loop is in the snap link. Lock the cable and the snap link hooks in the holder in front of the belt.

Like scuba diving, rock climbing needs partners to climb together for safety. The first climber is called the Lead Climber and the other is belayed on the ground. Before climbing, you need to choose a climbing route. Name of these routes and their difficulty in climbing are assigned by persons who make them. All the routes then put in climbers map for them to choose. This could be a sport that you enjoy during free time. Today, a professional sport rock climbing becomes popular among people from everywhere in the world.

Gumblar ซึ่งจะแฝงตัวอยู่ในเว็บไซต์ โดยมีอัตร�ก�รแพร่

กระจ�ยรวดเร็วกว่�มัลแวร์ชนิดเดิมถึง 6 เท่� เมื่อเว็บไซต์

ติดมัลแวร์ชนิดนี้ขึ้นม� จะมีผลให้ Google แจ้งเตือนผู้ที่เข้�

ชมเว็บไซต์ว่� “ไซต์นี้อ�จเป็นอันตร�ยต่อคอมพิวเตอร์ของคุณ” ทำ�ให้

Gumblar คอื การทีเ่ครือ่งของเจ้าของ หรอื นกัพฒันาเวบ็ไซต์ ทีม่ ีUser/

Password ติดมัลแวร์ (เป็นชนิดของ Botnet) ซึ่งมัลแวร์ตัวนี้จะท�าการ

กระจายข้อมูล User/Password ออกไปยัง Botnet ที่อยุ่ในเครือข่ายอีกที

หนึ่ง เพื่อที่จะให้ Botnet เหล่านั้นท�าการเข้ามาแก้ไขข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ โดย

การใส่ Code ของเว็บไซต์ที่มีไวรัสเข้าไปภายในไฟล์เว็บไซต์ของลูกค้า

(เป้าหมายส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นที่ไฟล์ หลักๆ ของเว็บไซต์ เช่น ไฟล์นามสกุล

html, htm, asp, php, asp.net เป็นต้น) ซึ่งบางครั้งก็เป็นการการเพิ่ม

เข้าไป ก็จะสามารถเข้าไปลบออกได้ แต่ในบางครั้งจะเป็นการเขียนทับ

ซึ่งท�าให้ไฟล์เสียหายจนไม่สามารถแก้กลับสู่สภาพเดิมของไฟล์นั้นได้อีก

(ทั้งนี้เป็นการเข้าไปเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเขียนทับไฟล์ ไม่ได้มีการฝังตัวที่

เซิร์ฟเวอร์)

ส�าหรับรูปแบบ ของการโจมตี Botnet เหล่านี้จะท�าตัวในลักษณะเดียว

ข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น

1. ควรอัพเดท Antivirus ให้เป็นเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดเสมอ เพื่อป้องกันอันตราย

จากมัลแวร์ (เท่าที่ตรวจสอบมา Kaspersky สามารถตรวจสอบได้)

2. ไม่ใช้พวกซอฟท์แวร์ทีผ่ดิกฏหมาย เนือ่งจากพวก Crack หรอื keygen

ต่าง ๆ มักจะมีมัลแวร์ติดมาด้วยเสมอ (ส�าหรับ FTP program ขอแนะน�า

ให้ลองใช้ FileZilla FTP Client เพราะเป็น Open Source และไม่เสียค่า

ใช้จ่าย ถ้าต้องการเอกสารวิธีใช้สามารถขอมาที่เคเอสซีได้)

3. ส�าหรับลูกค้าระบบ Control Panel ใหม่นั้น แนะน�าให้มีการเปลี่ยน

Password บ่อย ๆ ถ้าเป็นไปได้หลังจากการ Update content ทุกครั้ง

เพราะมัลแวร์มักจะเอาข้อมูลที่ Save Password ไปได้ แต่ไม่น่าจะ

A new malware attack, referred as ‘Gumblar’ is a web-based attack which is currently being found 6 times more often than all previous malwares. When a website is infected, visitors get a warning message from Google: Visiting this website may harm your computer, causing the visitors feel uncomfortable to visit the websites. Moreover, Gumblar can steal codes and passwords used in financial activities and deliver them to others.

Gumblar attacks when a username/password of a computer owner or website developer is stolen by a malware (Botnet). The malware then spread the username and password to other Botnet in different network. These Botnets change information in the website by embedding malicious code into the customers’ website files (mostly significant files such as .html, .htm, .asp, .php, and .asp.net. These files are sometime added to the system, which can be removed. However, sometime the Botnet rewrite the files and cause irretrievable damages. (The malware only change or rewrite the file. It isn’t embedded in the server.)

These Botnets are hidden attacks and couldn’t be prevented by using typical protection technologies such as a Firewall.

Basic Instruction to stay Gumblar-free.

1.Always update your Antivirus program to the latest version to prevent attacks caused by malware. (It is recommended that Kaspersky can track them down.)

2. Avoid using illegal software. Crack code and Keygen often contain malwares. (For FTP program, we recommend FileZilla FTP Client. It is free – open source software. KSC can provide you with the instruction - If required.)

3.Frequently change a password if you are using the new Control Panel. If it’s possible, change it every time you finish updating content for malware sometime steal the saved password. However, it can’t work as a key logger.

4. Always backup the latest updated content. (KSC provides weekly backup service only. The information that have been update in the middle of the week may not be fully retrieved after the attack.)

You can adjust recycle bin size by right click at recycle bin.

Go to Property and adjust percent (%) of it minimum size

from 20% to 5% of the drive, for example. Now you can have

15% more of the Hard Disk size.
