•M2 ShuttleBrigham and Women's Hospital will now support ridership on the M2 Shuttle for BWH employees with Harvard IDs. Individuals with active Harvard IDs will continue to have free access. Brigham and Women's Hospital's decision reinforces the importance of collaboration among BWH, Harvard, and other Harvard-affiliated institutions.

BWH is a Harvard affiliated institution, so most BWH postdocs have two titles for their CV:

Brigham “title” as a Research/Postdoctoral FellowHarvard “appointment” as a Fellow

Examples:

Via BWH Compensation, Medical, Dental, T Pass,etc.Via Harvard Access to M2 Shuttle, Libraries, etc.

Check with your department regarding the status of your Harvard appointment

The Harvard appointment generates your Harvard University ID number (HUID)

Once you receive HUID number and ID you have access to eCommons, the Harvard Medical Intranet
