EXPECTATIONS• Grades & Behavior

– Expected to attend classes regularly– Maintain at least a ‘C’ in ALL classes during 3rd/4th Qtr– Checks will be done during the season– ‘D’ during the 3rd quarter will cause you to miss the first 3 games – ‘F’ during the 3rd quarter will make you ineligible for the entire season

• Code of Conduct (Team Policy, not School Policy)– 2 strikes

• 1st—sit for half of the games at the level you play at• 2nd—do not play in any or the remainder of the games

• Online Personality– What you say online reflects on everything you are involved in

• Before you post anything online, remember that it reflects on your teammates and our program as well as on you

PRE-SEASON• Open Gyms

– Starts Mon, Nov 9th – Dates/Times on the bulletin board,

locker room signs, website calendar

• Lifting & Conditioning– Fitness Testing (Required), Nov. 3/5– Starts Tues, Nov. 10th

– Every Tues/Thurs, 3:45-5:15/5:30• Meet in my room, running shoes

• Player-Parent Meeting, TBD– DEC/JAN– Apparel orders Dec/Jan

• Yoga, TBD – JAN-FEB, if we do it again– Every Mon/Wed– Specific times/location to be determined

• Poster Picture– February, TBD– Open to:• SRS that will be playing for their 3rd yr• Returning Letter-Winners• Foreign-Exchange Students

SPRING SEASON

• Practice officially begins March 14 (Spring Break)– Two-a-days for spring break – Makeup sessions during March 21-25 (Before school)

• Games– Varsity, April 2 (Iowa City West Invitational)

• Linn-Mar Challenger Cup, April 9th – JV, April 4th – Fresh-Soph, April 7th
