Order Information

Modifications and/or changes from standard specifications and designs are available for mass order, prices upon

request.

Payment in full is required for orders of which amount are less than US$4000 and for air shipping orders. 30%

deposit required upon confirmation of production, balance paid within 4 days the purchaser received the copy of

B/L.

·PACKING: Full Plywood Packing

·SHIPPING INSURANCE:

The purchaser is entitled to examine the products after the products have been delivered. Claims for damage and

shortage, or other causes must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. In case of any damage caused as a

result of transportation, the purchaser shall ask Insurance Agent take the responsibility for compensation directly.

Warranty

Oceanpower warrants to the original purchaser that its equipment, as originally supplied, is free from defects in

materials and workmanship, and will perform adequately under normal use and service.

Oceanpower provide technical support and maintenance guide to the original purchaser and will deliver freely any

part or parts found to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original

installation.

After maintaining, repairing report should be submitted to Oceanpower within 15 days, including contents of

machine model, serial No., installed date, problem, maintain measure, maintained spare parts.

After expiration date, Oceanpower guarantees to provide spare parts needed for maintenance in cost prices to

ensure the service life of product.

All warranty work must be performed under the technical instruction of Oceanpower Aftersales Service

Representative.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does NOT cover the following:

·rubber and non-metallic synthetic parts including gaskets, o-rings, or hoses.

·repairs required because of failure to regularly clean and maintain the equipment in accordance with instructions

in the Operator’s Manual.

·repairs required because the equipment

(i) has been altered or repaired without the instruction of Oceanpower Aftersales Service Representative,

(ii) has been damaged due to accident, misuse, or negligence,

(iii) has not been used in accordance with the procedures and instructions contained in the Operator’s

Manual, or

(iv) has been damaged during transit or delivery.
