Here is a potential hazard,the ventilation should never
be covered up in a work environment.
It should always be left without anything covering the ventilation to allow air flow for
a safe work environment
The door to the photocopying room
should never be shut as this creates a
potential hazard with emissions released
from photocopy machine
The door should always remain open to
assist with air flow throughout the room
