Annotation: Internet commerce falls into the category of modern retail formats, but its level of development in our country is very low — it is 1.4 % versus 5 % in most developed countries. The article summarizes the current trends of e-commerce market in the Russian Federation, which reflect the major changes in consumer preferences of Russians. Valuation of assets of commercial banks in the Kursk region

Annotation: article is devoted to the structure of the portfolio assets of commercial banks in the Kursk region. It discusses: the current state of the asset portfolio based on the indicators characterizing the efficiency of allocation of funds, dynamics, and prospects for further development. Research based on our overall conclusion that the commercial banks in the Kursk region paid little attention to increasing the proportion of earning assets, together with the main active operations are loans in spite of its large share of overdue debt, the continuation of such agresivnoy monetary policy can not affect the stability of the banking sector in the region.

Legal protection of the child in the context of modern-day slavery

Annotation: this article addresses issues of constitutional and legal safeguards against trafficking in children. It is noted that the prosperity of all forms of violence in Russian society is the most vivid demonstration of the lack of children’s rights, undeveloped effective methods of identifying and ascertaining the facts of violence, the almost complete lack of mechanisms for prevention of child abuse, which is primarily due to the current at the moment is extremely inefficient system of departmental decision-making in the juvenile.

To the question about the origins of Western European and Russian religious traditions in the context of the epistemological problem of truth in contemporary epistemology

Annotation: this article reveals the specificity of an epistemological approach, typical of Russian religious philosophy. The author points to a fundamental difference in the West European and Russian religious tradition, epistemological, and identifying their causes, draws attention to the religious sphere, in a sense, predetermined methods of cognition. The article shows that in the Western theological tradition laid down the basic features characteristic of the Western epistemological approach, called the article introverted. This approach is contrasted with the position of extraverted Eastern Christian religious consciousness, contributing to the formation of the corresponding epistemological tradition. Based on the identified grounds for the two types of epistemological approaches to the article, the assumption of the possibility of formation of the methodology of scientific thinking based on the principles of extrovert Eastern Christian consciousness, which correspond precisely to the prospects of solving the problems of modern epistemology.

The satirical interpretation of history in A. K. Tolstoy’s poetry

Annotation: this paper is devoted to understanding the history of Russian satirical poetry, A. K. Tolstoy. The specifics of his work is primarily in the mix, using a synthetic artistic possibilities of parody, satire and lyricism. The special sensitivity to other people’s creativity, to another’s text, the ability to enter this text in the living dialogical relationship is investigated in the framework of Tolstoy’s ballads and lyrics in their interactions with others — comic, layers of his work. The observed patterns suggest about the special quality of Tolstoy’s words about the value of his language, mosaic style, lyrical and alloying elements of parody.

Image representation of proxonyms in an individual lexicon

Annotation: the article presents the investigation of image representation of proxonyms in the individual lexicon of Russian native speakers. Using the results of directed associative experiment, the author singles out the bases of proximation process. Within this framework, image of situation is viewed as a mediator for proximation.

Contextual evfemiya in social advertising

Annotation: the article discusses the specifics of psycholinguistic evfemii in social advertising, its main types and manifestations. It is established that evfemiy in public service as a special type of communication is a means of introducing implicit information and contributes to profiling the recipient’s advertising text.

The decline in cognitive function in patients with congenital heart disease associated with autoimmune reaction against the protein neurospecific

Annotation: this article highlights the results of experimental studies of an autoimmune reaction against neurospecific proteins in patients with congenital heart disease. It is shown that these patients the titer of autoantibodies to brain proteins is much higher than in the control group. Increasing the titer of these autoantibodies correlates with decreased quality of life and ability to solve complex problems in the identification of analogies. Thus, the decline in the quality of life and the development of cognitive deficits in patients with abnormalities of the cardiovascular system may be associated with autoimmune reaction against antigens of cells of the nervous tissue.

Software for the analysis of bodly structured images in the package matlab for medical aplications

Annotation: special software, meant for automated analysis of microscopic photos of microscopic photos of badly structured images realized in medium Matlab 7.10, is considered in the article. There has been proposed modular structure of software, meant for automated analysis of intercellular relations in peripheral blood smears. Developed software allows to carry out the processes of segmentation and classification of badly structured images on the basis of complete technological cycle for synthesis of multilevel models of neuronic networks, including processes for educational samples formation, computation of neuronic networks parameters and determination of diagnostic efficacy for decisive modules.
