COMES NOW. the people of the "GRAND JURY PETITION" and state as follows:

This objection to order denying petition for grand jury comes before the

undersigned District Judge. and is filed by EricMuathe, Noah Day. and Kasey King

c/o Summary Judgment Group and the people that signed the 45 sheets object to

the order because our constitutional rights to "UNLIMITEDCONTRACTING"

under Article I. section 10. clause 1 of the United States Constitution and our 5th

and 14thamendment rights to due process were violated by District Court Judges

Lori Bolton Fleming and Kurtis I. Loy by them usurping their power under K.S.A.

60-1202(1)(2)(5) and intruding into a "private business contract" with My Town

Media to advertise "The Grand Jury Petition" for 30 days to inform Crawford

County Registered voters about the petition to oust the 1ph judicial district judges

as outlined in the motion for reconsideration filed on or around June tarn, 2015.

REQUESTFOR ORAL ARGUMENTS

Defendant requests that any and all currently pending or future motions be set for oralarguments pursuant in part to Supreme Court Rule 133(c)(1).

WHEREFORE. the people of "GRAND JURY PETITION" prays to the Court for an

"ORDER" granting this objection and further allowing an additional ninety (90) days to

get the required signatures since 1ph district judges Lori Bolton Fleming and Judge Kurtis

Loy intruded into a private contract. damaged and prevented the Summary Judgment

Group from advertisement on the air which "EASILY" would have gotten the 314

required signatures and for any relief the Court finds just and proper.
