The Public Trial held on 3'c August 1997 at London-Trafalgar Square discussed the current wide-spread oppression,corruption, social and moral decadence all over the world as necessary consequence of man-made law i.e. thegreatest crime in the universeand the ultimateoppression The Rallyconcluded bydeclaring thefollowing

1) All ruling regimes in the world, foremost the ones in the Muslim world, are systems of disbelief (Kufr), oppression (Zulm),transgression (Fisq) and illegitimate and must be removed and replaced bythe Islamic rulingsystem Al-Khilafah.

2) We have unshakablefaith in thetruth, the superiority of Divine Revelation, i e. The Qur'an and Sunnah and its completenessand sufficiency to establish the Rule of Islamic Law i e The Khilafah system, the only system capable of administeringhappiness and dignity for human beings and the only cure forthe ills of the modern world The establishment of the Khilafah isthereforethefirst priority andthefirstvital issueforthe Muslim Ummah'

3) The UN World Bank, IMF NATO, as well as all other international organisations and alliances are manifestations of theoppression of man-made law and tools in the hand of US imperialism and its alliances giving"wrong" the appearance of "right","crime" the cover of "international legitimacy" and "hegemony" the mask of 'co-operation' Therefore we must reject theirpresence and exposethem andthose countries who are their members

4) The Presence of western forces in Muslim countries is illegitimate and a criminal act of aggression They must withdrawimmediately orface expulsion atthe hands of Muslims

5) The Presence of the terrorist state of Israel in Palestine and The hindu occupation of Kashmir are illegitimate and must beeliminated Therefore we denounce the Israeli occupation of Palestine and its genocide of the Palestinian people, theoccupation of the Brahmin and its genocide of the Kashmeeri people, the Russian, Georgian and Armenian invasions and theencroachment of the rights of Muslim people in Abkhazia, Azerbijan, Chechniya, Tatarstan, Circassia and their brethren inTrans-Caucasia and the Amencan Occupation of the hoiy lands in Arabia. All these are criminal acts of war against Islam andMuslims and cleaf violationis of the rights of sovereignty and self-determination of Muslim people It is therefore legitimate tocounter-actthese crimes by all means i e Miiitarily financially, intellectually and politically

Al-Muhajiroun's Declaration in answer to the press conference of the UK action committee onIslamic affairs (UKACIA) on Election]199N and British Muslims:1. UKACIA only represent some Muslim organ o but not the mainstream Muslims2. Calling Muslims to Vote in the forthcoming general election is asking Muslims to do what Allah(SWT) has prohibited (i.e Haram).

3, UKACIA are acting independently without consulting the mainstream Muslims, Scholars orMuslim 'organisations.

4. The issues raised reflect the dicrimination and oppression of Muslims, however these aresymptoms of a society which is ruled by Man-made laws.5. The true representative of Muslims would call for the eradication of Man-made laws, in whichinjustice is inherent, and would call for the implementation of Islamic law. The United Nations is the successor of the League of Nations which in turn succeeded the European Family,falsely called the "International Community" For three centuries this "International Community" remained a closeEuropean and Christian organisation It did not allow any of the non-Christian states to join In order to organisethemselves, some conventional principles and rules were adopted and referred to, falsely, as "International Law"

After the second world war America and all the other capitalist states, which in the past were Christian states, didnot consider any new laws or principles to be added to either International Law orthe UN, even afterthe extensionof the UN to encompass most states on earth, in service of the American hegemony The old conventionalprinciples of the Christian states, which later became secular capitalist states, remained the only laws andprinciples imposed upon all the human groups of the world, without giving the slightest consideration to what theother states carried in terms of doctrines, religions, cultures, customs and ideas, actually all of that was lookedupon with contempt and disrespect.
