The Board of Directors along with many, many
community members would like to sincerely
thank Mr. Art Cline for his time and
dedication. Since the day Art purchased his
home in the Oasis at Magic Ranch Community
he has been involved and active in so many
ways. Art also volunteered his time to the
Newsletter and Community Picnic. His great
spirit is second to none and he will be greatly
missed.
2015 Election Results On March 25, 2015 the community at Oasis Ranch elected their new
Board of Directors for the 2015-2016 year.
The newly elected Board members are:

The new Board’s first official meeting will be held on April 22, 2015.
At this meeting the board positions will be decided.

Magic Ranch is a leader and model for other Associations in Florence and throughout the Valley.

Our next event is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2015, 6:30pm at the Oasis Golf Club Community Patio.
Please bring a dish or dessert of your choice to share.
This event is a great opportunity to meet and mingle with your neighbors and we look forward to seeing you there.
Tenant Registration
If your home is a rental property you must now register your tenant with City Property Management. Per the
community CC&R’s Section 4.20; Rental of Lot. Recent changes have also been made to the Arizona Revised State Statutes affecting leased properties within your community. If you are currently leasing your property
we recommend reading the statute and the CC&R’s so you are aware of efforts to enhance communication to
include tenants as part of the community.

for the Month is Healthy Kids! Make sure to tell your friends and family that have been wanting to try out our facility to come on by! We will be completely waving
the joining fee! We will have local vendors, bounce house, rock wall, raffles, all
benefiting our Community Support Campaign!
We will also be providing complementary Tea, Coffee, and Water to all our members!
