We have discovered 5 major concerns

in our face-t-face discussions

1. Shortage of offers – companies

would not be interested in such a

product

2. An adequate database is very

difficult to build

3. The lack of trust in the short term

employees – “I would not know that

the person is reliable and do not

have time to evaluate his work as I

need the job done the following

day!”

4. How do we get paid?

5. What are the costs?

We have discovered 3

major concerns inour

face-t-face discussions

Page 19: Oap

What

we d

id

1. Shortage of offers: - both individuals and companies

can post job offers;- 59% of the companies we

surveyed said they would use

our product;- Each company would need in

average 6.61 hours/month;

- 2,548,265 working hours could

be covered by short term

workers

Page 20: Oap

What

we d

2. Bulding a database- anyone can post job offers

and apply for these offers

for free as long as they

have an account;- A self-built database of

people with different abilities, who are willing

to offer different services

Page 21: Oap

What

we d

id

3. Lack of trustCompanies can: - do their own recruitment based on our

feedback and rating system: Every job-

seeking individual will be evaluated on a 1-

10 scale by his former employers, taking

into consideration criteria like expertise in

the desired area, punctuality,

responsibility, customers abilities where

needed, etc;- Trust our staff’s recommendations: for

highly specialized or urgent tasks, we can

assume the recruiting and training process

and get the job done with low costs and

little effort.

Page 22: Oap

we d

4. Get paid4. Most of the potential customers did not yet

have an authorization to pay the income taxes,

as they were not accustomed to working as a

authorized physical person, but as an employee

(for which such documents were not needed), or

did not have such documents at all because

they did not work in any form (employee,

authorized person) before (eg. High school,

college students). For this we have established a

Help Center for the users regarding the required

authorizations and documents related to income

taxes, health safety regulations, as well as a

Guideline Manual with all the necessary steps

Page 23: Oap

What

we d

id

5. Costs5. We have also simplified and carefully

explained the costs related to each transaction

so that all the users will be aware of all the

related costs and focus more on finding the right

partner and getting the job done.

Lack of information about this project. The site will

have a FAQ list with all the common questions and

answers.

Having considered that this is a site for short term

jobs the recruitment process should be quick and the

site should be frequently updated . Our main focus is

on building a simple, efficient experience, yet having

all the main information required by the users

The site should have a strong presence on the

internet or media. The site has a marketing strategy

for the internet and other media (newspaper, event,

etc.)

Poor offer of short term jobs. Our market research

has demonstrated that there is a demand for such

services and that a specialized website could be an

interesting service

Payment method if it is a job done at a long distance

from the employer. The payment can be done by

bank transfer or online transaction, therefore the

physical distance between the parties should not

represent a problem
