Oakmont communities hosted Grab and Go Lunches for emergency officials, delivered meals to ambulance companies, wrote thank you notes to police, and even made reflective bracelets for local fire departments. All of these efforts were made to show our genuine appreciation for their service and commitment to keeping our communities safe. —Oakmont Senior Living

We are pleased to introduce Elizabeth, a dedicated caregiver at Oakmont of Concord. Elizabeth has been on our team for the past two years. She loves working with the residents and especially enjoys hearing stories of their past. She is passionate about her job and it shows! Elizabeth was chosen as our 2018 Employee of the Year, nominated by our residents and team members. Elizabeth was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from Imperial Valley College. She was married for 18 years until her husband passed in 2006. She has three beautiful adult children. When she is not at work,

Elizabeth enjoys walking, gardening and spending time in nature. We are so grateful to call Elizabeth a member of our team!
