Who We Are

• NZTrends began serving the custom home industry in the Hawaiian Islands in 1998

• Comprehensive line of high quality architectural products – We help identify the ideal solutions for your home

• Products sourced from New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Canada, and the mainland

• We work diligently to ensure that our custom products are manufactured and installed to perfection

Eco-Friendly Wood Products

• NZTrends is enthusiastically committed to offering eco-friendly wood products to our customers

• All of our manufacturers are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)– FSC is generally considered the most important

international certifier of wood products– FSC is endorsed by all major environmental groups– FSC is endorsed by many large and well known US retailers – One exception is the Payette River Lumber Company,

which is currently seeking FSC certification, and already has certification from the US equivalent, the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)

Eco-Friendly Solutions

• NZTrend’s manufacturers meet FSC’s stringent environmental standards by:– Harvesting dead standing trees, often killed by parasites– Reclaiming lumber from old buildings that are being dismantled– Using sustainably grown wood, either from tree plantations or

through selective, low-impact logging

Product Customization

• Efficient and thorough communication is crucial for custom products– NZTrends facilitates full and open communication

between the architect, builder, and manufacturer

• NZTrends works to develop the complete set of CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings required

• After delivery, NZTrends works closely with the builder to ensure that installation is done to perfection

• A comprehensive warrantee is provided
