– Taken in tow by CGC SEA LION, then by contractors to Port Townsend
Significance:– 300 gallons onboard– Bad weather, vessel headed towards
ground– Owner financially incapable of hiring
tugs– OSLTF opened

What happened:– Vessel TOW in La Push, WA– Contractors hired to remove
all petroleum products
Significance:– 1,620 gallons of diesel onboard– Due to owner inaction and
worsening weather, OSLTF opened
