o!tima$ in"ubation time to !rodu"e the be#t %ua$ity o Sago (a#te. Re#ear"h re#u$t#
#ho(ed that the be#t %ua$ity o ammoniated &engga$a gra## (a# #een at the addition
o - urea (ith an in"ubation time o 21 day#, a# indi"ated by the in"rea#ing o "rude
