TREAT YOUR BODY WELL Imagine your body as a car. In order for the car to function at it optimal

level, it needs many things such as oil, gas, water, and others.

If one of the thing is missing, then the car will not function well.

Even though the car might still run when it is low in oil or water, it is not running well.

When you keep on using your car when it is low on things, then it will soon shut down.

114 VITAMINS AND MINERALS It is the same with your body. You need a lot of nutrients to keep

your body productive. There are at least 114 vitamins and

minerals that your body needs to stay productive.

When you just eat one or two foods all the time, then your body will not get all the nutrients you need to stay productive.

VARIETY FOR MAXIMUM HEALTH

For example, if you like carrots and eat them all day long, carrots do not have 114 nutrients that the body needs.

When your body is low in nutrients, you tend to get tired faster, easier to get headaches, frustration and lost of focus tend to develop faster.

SPREAD OUT YOUR NUTRIENTS You want to eat as many different

kinds of foods as possible throughout the day, or at least throughout the week.

For example, if you eat a banana for breakfast, then you want to eat something else such as an apple for lunch, and then something else for dinner such as an orange or any other fruit that you have not eaten yet.

GET IN ALL YOUR FOOD GROUPS

You also want to eat a variety from all of the food groups such as: vegetables, gain, protein, and dairy.

The wider your food intake, the higher the chance that you will get all of the nutrients that your body needs.

If you are allergic to certain foods, then of course, you want to avoid them.
