CARBOHYDRATES (CARBS)

Carbohydrates (from 'hydrates of carbon') or saccharides (Greek σάκχαρον, sákcharon, meaning "sugar") are the most abundant of the four major classes of biomolecules.

LIPIDS

FATTY ACIDS

FUNCTIONS OF MINERALS

Micronutrients perform structural and catalytic role including activation of enzymes and hormones.
