Extended Warranty

For peace of mind, all of our products are available with an extensive warranty as standard.

ComfortControl

The ComfortControl option provides superior comfort by allowing the bottom of the head section to slide rearwards along the structure of the bed during the lifting or lowering of the head section. This movement provides extra space which compensates for the depth of the mattress as it profiles, to ensure that the patient doesn’t experience any shear or crushing. This action is sometimes known as ‘auto-regression’. The action is entirely automatic. Look for the ComfortControl icon.

EN60601 Compliant

As of the 1st April 2013 a new bed safety standard (EN60601-2-52:2009) came into force. This new standard was introduced directly in response to a number of fatalities which had occurred with beds that meet the old bed standard (EN1970:2000). This new standard represents the current thinking in basic safety and essential performance of the electric profiling bed.

Lusso


With easy centralised braking and a choice of mattress platforms, the Lusso offers a great solution suitable for dementia caring. The chassis design offers both a low platform for easy transfers, together with excellent mobile hoist access. The chassis is finished in a robust bronze powder coat which protects against damage.

The platform has ABS slats providing maximum support to the mattress, whilst the ComfortControl system enables the backrest to move backwards as it raises, enlarging the pelvic area and accommodating the mattress, which dramatically reduces the shear that otherwise occurs.

The Lusso is available with full length wooden siderails or Securis metal siderails.

The Lusso offers a low platform height whilst maintaining an excellent range of lift.

The Liberty Pro has additional professional features which make it the ideal choice for discerning buyers.

With a robust steel chassis, powder-coated against corrosion and damage, and a strong ABS plastic slat platform the Liberty Pro can be used in the most demanding of environments. Liberty

The Liberty is a flexible 4 section profiling bed with a host of options to blend in with existing décor.

Whilst the main bed design stays the same, there are colour options on the head and foot boards as well as choice of metal or wooden side rails. Supplied with ABS plastic slats to the platform to support foam or air mattresses in the best way.

Securis® side rails are very robust. Folding in a concertina fashion, and fixed to the frame with positive clamping action, they are built to withstand mishandling.

The full length side rail in timber is the most attractive in appearance, and use the head and foot boards to support the rails at the ends.

Maxxus

Designed for the larger patient, the Maxxus is strengthened to take up to 270kg on a reinforced wider platform and is available in 1200, 1400 and 1600mm widths.

Its unique heavy duty metal side rails are attached to a four section profiling platform with powered height adjustment up to 84cm. The platform features metal mesh section which provide superior support for a platform of this width. This bed is complemented by a 5 year warranty.

Astra Low

Low beds provide a platform height that is essential for increased independence with specific users; the platform on the Astra Low Bed can be set as low as 20cm.

This bed is available with sturdy Securis or full length wooden side rails, or can be supplied with no side rails if required.

Braked castors at each corner lend to stability but allow the bed to be moved for cleaning etc.

The Ivor offers a perfect balance between budget, functionality and quality. The four section metal slatted platform is robust, easy to clean and offers easy electrical height adjustment between 400 and 800mm, and electrical operation of the backrest and knee break.
