Rule 5: Respect other people`s privacy
Rule 6: Be forgiving of other people`s mistakes

• Remember when typing all you have are the words to read; no nonverbal cues; it is easy to misunderstand those you are communicating with• Ask yourself: Would you say it to the person’s face?
