builder, Tony Gunning, in 2002. After 5

the owners from plants they have

Walter. The lushness of the lawn

effective electronic watering

system that pumps from the bore.

The inlet has been retained to help

avoid any erosion; this is perfect for

launching smaller water craft. To the

north of this inlet is a deeper channel

which has the ability to launch larger

water craft on the high tide. The creek

that runs along the northern boundary

is tidal, which means the depth will

change over the day.

To the south of the property and to the

front are pieces of land that are held

by the Port Macquarie Hastings Council

and The Crown. These are maintained

by these bodies.
