Pursuant to section 111(6) of the above referenced NRC Order approving the transfer of Millstone Nuclear Power station from Northeast Nuclear Energy Company to Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC), this letter provides documentary evidence that DNC has obtained the appropriate amount of financial insurance required of licensees under 10 CFR Part 140, and the property insurance required of licensees under 10 CFR 50.54(w). Enclosure 1 contains a copy of such documentation.
