Rapid Cooling of Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluids

Our specially designed mechanical refrigeration system with heat exchanger is capable of achieving -

• Continuous flows of 10 GPM for fluid temperatures of up to minus 40 Degree Celsius and pressures of up to 3000 psi. Typical cycle duration is 7 seconds.

• Flows of up to 20 GPM and temperature extremes of minus 55 Degree Celsius can be sustained for short durations. Cold soaked accumulators may also be used to supply chilled hydraulic fluid.

Thermal Shock(Return to Climatic Capabilities)

Using a two zone temperature chamber, shock temperatures may range from minus 60 Degree C to 150 Degree C. Load transfer is typically less that five seconds.

Special setups utilizing LN2 and custom heating solutions can generate higher and lower temperature extremes.

Explosive Atmosphere

• With a combination of temperature and altitude (up to 71°C and 50,000 ft.), explosive atmospheres are achieved in our 35 in. x 48 in. test chamber

Blowing Dust and Blowing Sand Exposure

• Blowing Dust – wind speeds up to 2500 fpm with dust are accomplished with temperature control and humidity monitoring. Various dust compositions are available to meet military and automotive test specifications.

• Blowing Sand - items can be exposed to blowing sand under high temperature conditions with wind up to 4,500 fpm (23 meters/sec). Calibrated test area available 40 in x 40 in.

Encryption Safe

Technical InformationFacility upgrades have been made throughout to accommodate the use of High Resolution Web Cameras; streaming video; and remote access to customer hardware in a secure environment and Encryption Safe Internet Login Industry-standard 128-bit (used by all banking infrastructures to safeguard sensitive data) and high-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to secure online transactions.

Encryption strength is measured by key length – number of bits in the key. To decipher an SSL communication, one needs to generate the correct decoding key. Mathematically speaking, 2 possible values exist for an n-bit key. Thus, 40-bit encryption involves 240 possible values. 128-bit and 256-bit keys involve a staggering 2128 and 2256 possible combinations, respectively, rendering the encrypted data de facto impervious to intrusion. Even with a brute-force attack (the process of systematically trying all possible combinations until the right one is found) cracking a 125-bit or 256-bit encryption is computationally unfeasible.
