OverviewThis quickguide has been made available to NSW Government approved suppliers to assist with updating insurance information on prequalification schemes (schemes).

Suppliers are responsible to update insurances certificates as old certificates expire. Suppliers with expired certificates may not be selected to supply to NSW Government until updated certificates are loaded against scheme applications.

An expiry notification will be sent to the authorised company scheme owner (who registered on behalf of your organisation), approximately 30 days prior to the document expiring.

Another email reminder will be sent the day of document expiry if it has not been updated. No further notification will be sent in relation to the expired document.
