A message from your President
Congratulations on taking the first step towards applying for the National Team of AIESEC Namibia 2015! We hope you are as excited as us about making AIESEC happen in this beautiful country and we look forward to live this adventure with you. For the next 6 months we are looking for a number of motivated members who are willing to take the challenge of an NST position and join the MC and international CEED’ers on the National Team.
Taking up an NST position is a great opportunity for you to learn, grow and have an impact. As the National President, I believe strongly in the productivity of unified and purposeful teams, so I will do my best to unite all the MC, CEED and NST members to become one purpose-driven team that strives for one and the same thing, to grow AIESEC in Namibia according to a common vision of success.
If you want to get the experience of working in the national office of a global business and contribute to the overall strategic path of the entity, you should definitely consider applying for the National Team!

National Team Structure Q1 & Q2 2015
General Responsibilities
Cooperation and support to the MC and LCs
Contribute to the strategic guidance of AIESEC in Namibia
Continuous communication with the MC and LCs and others involved
Participate in department/project related meetings
Participation/facilitation at the required national conferences
Continuous reporting and documentation
Workload: up to 10 hours a week.
Duration of NST term: 1st February 2015 to 30st June 2014
Please note that the NST works on a voluntary basis and no remuneration will be provided for this
work. Also note that you might be required to travel to the National Office for meetings, and we are
unable to refund your for your travel.
Application Process
Step 1: Application Form [Deadline: Wednesday 28 January 2015, 17:00 GMT+1]

Step 2: Interview [Thursday 29 January 2015]
Based on your applications, the MC will invite candidates for an interview either physically at the MC
office, or by Skype or telephone, to test your understanding of the Organization and the function you
are applying for.
Step 3: MC Selection & Announcement [Announcement: 29 January 2015]
Based on both your application and interview, the MC will make the final selection and notify you of
the results. The official selection will additionally be published on our social media channels on 30
January 2015.
Step 4: National Team Day [Saturday 31st January 2015]
After the selection we want to have a National Team Day where we start with a kick off in this
semester and get to know each other better on a personal and professional side. Please make sure
that you will be able to attend this day since we will also set communication and team rules.
Job Descriptions
NST Account Manager
Main Responsibilities: iGIP Account Management & Matching
Support MCP with account management of iGIP TN-takers and partners (business meetings)
Update CRM information for active accounts
Conduct TN evaluations at the end of iGIP experience. This mainly consists of creating
company case studies and impact stories to showcase AIESEC products.
Support MCVP ICX with matching interviews for available TN forms
Promote available TN forms to the rest of the AIESEC network with relevant materials
Assist the MC and LCs in finding suitable accommodation in Windhoek for incoming EPs
Track LC account management in case of LC raises
Measures of Success:

CRM system accuracy
TN-taker satisfaction

Intern satisfaction
TM coordinator
Main Responsibilities: support and coach LCVP TMs
Support LCVPTMs with knowledge management
Support LCVPTMs with implementation of Team Minimum Criteria
Coaching and support of LCVPTMs on recruitment and induction

oGCDP Manager
Main Responsibilities: oGCDP Account Management & Matching
Support MC with account management, engage with Eps in the pipeline
Support applicants with creating their profile and applications on GIS
Conduct EP evaluations at the end of oGCDP experience. This mainly consists of creating case
studies and impact stories to showcase AIESEC products
Support in exchange training at events and seminars
Support MC with ongoing recruitment activities

Y2B Manager
Main Responsibilities: organization of Youth to Business
Support MC with event sales
Take care of finance (budget and cash flow)
Team recruitment and management (Comms, Delegate Service & Logistics)

PR Manager
Main Responsibilities: media management
Create a constant message about AIESEC in newspapers, TV and radio
