Boca HealthLink is a new virtual care network designed to seamlessly connect the world-class care of both the North Shore-LIJ Health System in the New York Metro area and Boca Raton Regional Hospital on the Gold Coast of Florida. Through the integration of medical

records, enhanced communication, and development of coordinated care plans, patients are assured of receiving

personalized care regardless of their location.

By enrolling in Boca HealthLink, you can pre-authorize the sharing of medical histories between hospitals and physicians of both organizations. So whether you need to see a doctor for a minor illness, receive continuing treatment for a chronic condition or experience a medical

emergency, you’ll have the peace of mind that your health records are at the fingertips of all of your care providers.

Boca HealthLink members also receive concierge assistance through a dedicated customer service team, available by phone seven days a week. We are at your disposal to help with physician referrals, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and pre-registration. Additionally, a care navigator is in place at Boca Raton Regional Hospital to ensure all of your onsite needs are met in Florida.
