A view of water filling station (Problem - 1):
About 70 trucks in Queue for water filling at a given peak time.
The truck has to crawl a distance of about 350 meters, some time half kilometer in the long queue before reaching the filling point.
As these trucks are manual gear vehicle, the driver has to struggle with clutch, accelerator and brake pedals for numerous times.
This results in damaging the vehicle condition and health of the driver.
The driver become tired in this process, resulting in the environmental air pollution and risk in road accident.
The diesel for all these trucks are wasted in the present queue system.
It is the waste of energy, oil, health, maintenance cost.

Q-sys process:
All the vehicle (truck) to be given a smart card mapped with the Vehicle plate number.
The vehicle enters the water filling staging yard and parks the truck at any convenient place.
The driver enters the “Drivers’ tent” near the gate of the water filling station and punch the smart card to enter into the Q-sys process.
The driver will be alerted with the details like number of trucks waiting before and the approximate time taken for his turn.
The driver can decide now to take rest – a small nap in the drivers’ tents, or go for his personal work and come back to the staging yard on time to take his truck for water filling.
When the vehicle complete the water filling, the quantity, date and time will be entered in the system for the owners use in future.
