Introduction
NRTS – Nurses Registration and Tracking System is a web based application designed for Indian
Nursing Council, New Delhi to enable creation of live register of the nurses across the country.
Primary Registration is the
process by which an
individual Student can
register and get NUID
number along with digital
signature.

Primary Registration by Individual student
Superintendent
Login
Superintendent logs in to the page with his secured credentials.
After successful login, from the left menu, select Dashboard from Primary Registration.

A dashboard appears; from appeared dashboard select Pending for Verification by
Superintendent (Individual nurse).
When superintendent opens it, he can view the count of pending applications in course
wise.

By clicking on course count, superintendent can view list of applicants in respective course.

Click on applicant name to view all the details of the applicant.

Updating Certificates
Images can be updated by clicking on Edit icon.
By clicking on submit, superintendent can update images.

Updating Application
If superintendent wants to edit any of the details, he can click the Edit icon which is on right
side and can edit the details.
For example, click on Edit icon at Registration Details, you can visualize a form like:
Click on Update for updating the form.
Similar way, superintendent can edit all the details.

Photo Capture
Here is an option to capture the photo of the candidate by clicking on the Edit icon at photo
capture details, and then superintendent can capture the image of Nurse.
By clicking Take Snapshot image is captured and by clicking Enter, image is submitted.
Aadhar Authentication
Here, Nurse can do Aadhar authentication by clicking on Aadhar Authentication.
Superintendent should connect the available device either Secuzen or Morpho, for taking
the biometric of nurse.
On basis of availability click on Click to aadhar authentication using Secuzen or Click to
aadhar authentication using Morpho.

After successful aadhaar authentication, photo capture and form verification,
superintendent can forward or reject the application.
By clicking on Forward/Approve, the application is forwarded to Registrar of respective
state nursing council.
Before approving, please provide certificate number along with remarks.
When Superintendent Approves the application forwards to higher authority and he can
view a success message.

Registrar
Login
Registrar logs into the applications using secured credentials and also by providing the
CAPTCHA.
After registrar logs in, select Primary Registration from the left menu.
Registrar can view a dashboard with all necessary action he needs to perform.

Click on Pending for verification by Registrar (Individual Nurse) from the dashboard,
registrar can view Courses along with the count.
Click on count to view pending applications details.
Click on name of the applicant to view details.

Registrar can Approve/ Reject the application.
By clicking on Submit, registrar can view that the application is successfully forwarded.
Digital Signature
If Registrar approves and submits the form, it is forwarded to the next level- digital sign.
Applications which are eligible for digital signing will move to Pending Digital tab.
Click on Pending for Digital sign tab, so that registrar can view number of applications
available for digital signing.
Select the Course name and search.
Select the course, and find number of applications pending for digital sign in that particular
course.

Select applicants and submit it to complete the process.
Generate Certificate
Click on Generate certificate tab from the dashboard.

Select the Course and search for applications registered for that course and you can view:
Click on Course Completion certificate to download the certificate.
Here is the downloaded certificate:
Successfully certificate is also generated.

Primary Registration by Institute
Superintendent
Login
Login to superintendent with login credentials.
Select Dashboard from Primary Registration in left menu.
A dashboard appears as:
Now from the dashboard displayed, select Pending for Verification by Superintendent
(From Institute).
Now, a page is displayed with all pending applications.
Click on counts to get the details.

Approve/ Reject
Click on name of the applicant to view full details of the applicant as:

Click on Edit to modify any of the details provided initially.
By clicking on Forward/Approve, the application will forward to respective state registrar.
Registrar
Login
Login to registrar with secured login credentials.
After registrar login, click on Primary Registration from the left menu.
From the displayed dashboard, select Pending Verification by Registrar (Institute wise).

By selecting Pending Verification by Registrar from dashboard, Registrar can view a page
with list of courses and corresponding count.
Registrar selects Course by clicking on Count, and data tables will appear with applications,
search for application and click on name of the applicant.

A full report of nurse will appear.
Registrar can Approve/ Reject the application just by choosing forward or Reject and then
submitting the form.

If registrar selects Forward/Approve, then this application is eligible for digital signing.
Digital Sign
For digital sign, click on Primary registration and a dashboard will appear.
From the dashboard select Pending for digital sign to get the list of applications eligible for
digital signature.
By clicking on Pending for Digital Sign from dashboard, registrar can view a dropdown
asking to select the Course.
Select the course in drop down list click on search button, and then a screen with
applications will appears.

Select the applications, and connect digital signing token and click on submit.
Then digital signing process is completed.
After digital signature, candidate gets a certificate.
Generate Certificate
Select Generate certificate from the dashboard.
Select the Course and search for applications registered for that course and you can view:
Click on Course Completion certificate to download the certificate.
