Phenomenal level of care. Went in for a re-cementing of a crown and check/upcleaning. Hygienist (who's name I sadly don't recall other wise I would mention)provided unparalleled care, and was so thorough with the examination that she wentso far as to use a camera to detect a significant cavity obscured completely by anexisting gold crown, that would have surely deteriorated and gone untreated untilculminating in a much more dire situation if not detected. Dr. Lehman is working withme to resolve this and other necessary work all at the same time in one convenientappointment to minimize discomfort, cost and time. I would highly recommend thispractice to any and all.

Went in for a cleaning. The front desk ladies are always so helpful and pleasant. Thedental hygienist, Anabel Urena, on the other hand was quite moody and expressedan unpleasant attitude - almost as if she did not want to perform her job at all! Shethen proceeded to lie to the dentist in front of me stating that I had said I refused atreatment when in fact she had never offered it and even said she would allow thedentist to make the call on whether or not I needed it. Very rude of her to make afalse statement and then with an attitude, too! Found her demeanor quiteunprofessional especially when my experience at this practice has been overall apositive one! I'd recommend getting a new hygienist if you're placed with Ms. Urena.

It was raining excessively, the ladies up front we're welcoming signed me in andprovided napkins for me to dry and wait comfortably. The wait was less than 5 min,

usual. Went to have my checkup and cleaning towards the back, the staff offered acloset for my things (I had been shopping). The rooms are large / comfortable / clean.Dental hygienist did a superb job with the cleaning and answered concerns I had. Dr.Lehman can in an did his checkup. I may have to get a cavity filled, which I knew butit's not there quite yet. Doc said we'll keep an eye on it and I scheduled my next appt.6minyhs down the road. I very much enjoys this office for not rushing game peoplethrough, taking time for all their concerns and providing easy solutions. I initially made an appointment with Dr Ip, but she was out of the office so I spoke withDr Lehman. I started to have excruciating pain the night before, and seemingly it wasbecause of the infection around the root canal that was done 6 years ago when I wasin Michigan. Billing was incorrect, because submitted quote for my retainer to insuranceincorrectly. They rectified it in a timely manner but it was still aninconvenience. I felt like I was also being coerced into getting a moreexpensive model than I needed - I'd originally been in there to get fillingswhich another dentist told me a didn't need and then they tried to sell methe retainer instead. Just a bundle of confusion and a waste of money, and Iended up being overcharged for something my insurance was supposed tocover.

I have had the same dental hygienist there for years, Kate I think, and she'salways been fantastic. Yesterday the hygienist (Lena maybe) seemedcompletely clueless. It was not a good experience. My teeth did not get a fullcleaning, it took a long time, and was not comfortable. She didn't offer abreak between the cleaning, polishing, etc. Dr Lehman mentioned she wason a working interview - I wouldn't hire her. I met Dr. Ip for the first time whoseemed great.

The last dentist I saw here told me I needed fillings, he wasn't available tosee this time so I was reassigned another dentist. This one told me I didn'tactually need the fillings but told me I needed a night guard. I ended upgetting a new retainer instead since it does the similar job. Long and short ofit is they're always trying to sell you something. The bill was submittedcorrectly to insurance for double the price and I had to call and have itcorrected. I honestly don't know if I'll be back.

I found Dental Arts thru a dental insurance plan. Dental Arts was the nearestto where I lived. I was very happy with Dental Arts, but after a few yearscircumstances changed which included a different insurer and so I switchedto a dentist listed with that plan. A couple of instances of crowns falling offconvinced me that I needed to find a different dentist. The new insurancewas a two tiered listing, and I was delighted to find that Dental Arts was nowlisted, albeit in the more expensive tier. It was a no brainer to switch back toa dentist whose work I had been very happy with, and I continue to be veryhappy with.

Phenomenal level of care. Went in for a re-cementing of a crown and check/upcleaning. Hygienist (who's name I sadly don't recall other wise I would mention)provided unparalleled care, and was so thorough with the examination that she wentso far as to use a camera to detect a significant cavity obscured completely by anexisting gold crown, that would have surely deteriorated and gone untreated untilculminating in a much more dire situation if not detected. Dr. Lehman is working withme to resolve this and other necessary work all at the same time in one convenientappointment to minimize discomfort, cost and time. I would highly recommend thispractice to any and all.

Went in for a cleaning. The front desk ladies are always so helpful and pleasant. Thedental hygienist, Anabel Urena, on the other hand was quite moody and expressedan unpleasant attitude - almost as if she did not want to perform her job at all! Shethen proceeded to lie to the dentist in front of me stating that I had said I refused atreatment when in fact she had never offered it and even said she would allow thedentist to make the call on whether or not I needed it. Very rude of her to make afalse statement and then with an attitude, too! Found her demeanor quiteunprofessional especially when my experience at this practice has been overall apositive one! I'd recommend getting a new hygienist if you're placed with Ms. Urena.

It was raining excessively, the ladies up front we're welcoming signed me in andprovided napkins for me to dry and wait comfortably. The wait was less than 5 min,usual. Went to have my checkup and cleaning towards the back, the staff offered acloset for my things (I had been shopping). The rooms are large / comfortable / clean.Dental hygienist did a superb job with the cleaning and answered concerns I had. Dr.Lehman can in an did his checkup. I may have to get a cavity filled, which I knew butit's not there quite yet. Doc said we'll keep an eye on it and I scheduled my next appt.6minyhs down the road. I initially made an appointment with Dr Ip, but she was out of the office so I spoke withDr Lehman. I started to have excruciating pain the night before, and seemingly it wasbecause of the infection around the root canal that was done 6 years ago when I wasin Michigan. I am about to go on a month long trip to Asia in a couple of days and Iwas not sure if I could start any real treatment. I just needed the pain to go away forawhile. Dr. Lehman explained several options including extracting the teeth, whichwas very stressful situation to deal with couple of days before a trip abroad. Dr.Lehman was really attentive and understanding. He is surely a great doctor.

Billing was incorrect, because submitted quote for my retainer to insuranceincorrectly. They rectified it in a timely manner but it was still aninconvenience. I felt like I was also being coerced into getting a moreexpensive model than I needed - I'd originally been in there to get fillingswhich another dentist told me a didn't need and then they tried to sell me

the retainer instead. Just a bundle of confusion and a waste of money, and Iended up being overcharged for something my insurance was supposed tocover.

I have had the same dental hygienist there for years, Kate I think, and she'salways been fantastic. Yesterday the hygienist (Lena maybe) seemedcompletely clueless. It was not a good experience. My teeth did not get a fullcleaning, it took a long time, and was not comfortable. She didn't offer abreak between the cleaning, polishing, etc. Dr Lehman mentioned she wason a working interview - I wouldn't hire her. I met Dr. Ip for the first time whoseemed great.

The last dentist I saw here told me I needed fillings, he wasn't available tosee this time so I was reassigned another dentist. This one told me I didn'tactually need the fillings but told me I needed a night guard. I ended upgetting a new retainer instead since it does the similar job. Long and short ofit is they're always trying to sell you something. The bill was submittedcorrectly to insurance for double the price and I had to call and have itcorrected. I honestly don't know if I'll be back.

Anyway, whether it be lights, camera, running the gauntlet -- any ofthem work(ed) for me also since I hadn't had coffee yet. And the quality ofthe service! I found Dental Arts thru a dental insurance plan. Dental Arts was the nearestto where I lived. I was very happy with Dental Arts, but after a few yearscircumstances changed which included a different insurer and so I switchedto a dentist listed with that plan. A couple of instances of crowns falling offconvinced me that I needed to find a different dentist. The new insurancewas a two tiered listing, and I was delighted to find that Dental Arts was nowlisted, albeit in the more expensive tier. Just had my teeth cleaned yesterday. I love this place, the staff are so efficient andfriendly and I met Dr. Kevin Lehman for the first time, love him too great seat sidemanner. I feel at ease here with staff and with dentist and that is huge for me. I hategoing to the dentist but Dental Arts at 14th Street makes it easy foir me to go.

waited in the lobby for ~45 minutes and watched multiple people go in andout. When I asked what was going on they said the last patient had anemergency, and 30 seconds later they were ready for me without anypatients leaving. Being forgot about and then lied to about it is not my ideaof great.

I've been a patient at Dr Lehman's office for 8 years, and though I used tobe nervous about dental work Dr Lehman's skill and soothing approachcompletely erased that anxiety. His staff of dental technicians areconsistently outstanding and the reception staff are a pleasure to deal withas well. I cannot recommend Dr Lehman enough, he's the best!
