Seminars: we can do online seminar, fully online, from announcement via email, mailing list, forums, and blogs; registration & online payment (via creadit card or paypal, maybe some dispensation for 'offline' transfers); then they can attend the seminars via teleconference which require them to have internet connection. we must do interesting topics which must make people interest. while the seminar is going we can offer them to more complex study and deep down analysis of their problem by doing training and consulting in the company based on the request.
On the seminars we can have funders doing advertising (from our previous customers), or some testimonials about our service.

Training: also can be done online, so we can do the training to companies, anywhere, anytime...as long as suit/needed by the company.
Consulting: i assume that we must do this offline... we must study & analyze the company first so that we can do the consulting best. additional consulting maybe done by online teleconference or chat, or by blogs!!!
