Why, what, who?

NOW is a design practice with studios in London and Manchester. We create retail, residential and leisure environments, identities, packaging and customer communications that engage and entice.

Unlike working with traditional large groups,

working with NOW means you meet and work directly with designers; after all that’s why we get hired;

IDA’S FISH & CHIP SUPPER £12Sustainably sourced, fresh British fish cooked in Ida’s batter. All served with ‘chippy’ chips,

homemade tartare sauce and lashings of salt and vinegar.

C H O O S E F R O M :

Ah, cod. The fish of choice for chippy connoisseurs across the nation and

deservedly so. Flakes of succulent white meat with

a mild fresh flavour.

Served as 7oz tail fillet or as 6oz premium loin fillet (add £3)

Haddock, an ancient relative of the cod has long become

synonymous with North-west chippers. Texturally very

similar to the cod, arguably more flavoursome.

Served as 8oz tail fillet.

To us, plaice is a somewhat overlooked fish. Found in the cold costal waters off the UK,

Plaice is delicate in texture and flavour.

We cook it skin on as this adds a beautiful flavours.
