connect western Oklahoma to the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and Arkansas
(MISO)

• Zero Emission Tax Credit - $.05 KwH transferable through 2014, projects after 2014 receive a refund equal to 85% of value. ZETC scheduled to be eliminated in 2020.
• 5-year Ad Valorem Exemption – Phased out for all projects built after 2016.
• Investment Tax Credit – Phased out for all projects built after 2015
• 35 projects built through 2016 exceeding over $10 Billion in new investment
• Over $1 Billion in new ad valorem funding for Oklahoma schools and counties
• Over 7,000 new jobs created
• Land lease payments exceeding $10 Million annually
