COM ApprovalAll COM fabric must be approved for use by Sitwell. It is recommend that a full yard of sample fabric be submittedfor testing and approval prior to processing an order. Many fabrics are already pre-approved and do not requiresampling. Please check with customer service for direction.

Yardage RequirementsFor plain, non-directional, solid color or non-patterned fabrics, please follow the yardage requirements printed inthis price book for each chair. Some repeat or patterned fabrics may require additional yardage. Please contactcustomer service for information.

Production Scheduling and ShippingCOM fabrics will be scheduled immediately into production upon receipt of the fabric at our plant location. Mostorders will ship within 5 days from that point.

Submitting COM FabricsFor identification purposes it is important to reference the dealers name and purchase order number on all fabric rolls.Fabrics that require special application or direction must be clearly explained by completion and submission of the formon the following page. It is very important to follow all instructions listed regarding submission of COM fabric.
