> Flower St (3rd to 5th St) and 4th St (Figueroa to Flower St)

> Traffic lane reduction, followed by full street closure, start at 7 p.m., Friday. Street reopens at 5 a.m., Monday

> 14 weekends

> Activities include: – Roadway removal

– Excavation

– Hanging of utilities

– Cap beam installation

roadway removal will be performed before 9 pm
