Chairman’s Message The 23rd and 24th of November will truly be magical for the people of Williams Lake starting with Friday Night’s Moon Light Magic which will kick off the Christmas shopping with late night store hours in the Downtown Williams Lake, Boitanio Mall and Canadian Tire. Plan to come down and check out the sales… Moon Light Magic starts at 6:00 pm and runs until 11:00 pm so don’t miss out on the fun and the savings. Saturday the 24th it’s time to line the streets to welcome Santa Claus to town, this year’s Santa Claus parade will start at 11:30 am and end in the Spirit Square at noon. Santa, Mrs. Clause their family of elves and their friends will be at the square until 4:30 pm to visit with all the kids, there will be hot chocolate, food, games, live bands and carollers. This year HUB Barton Insurance has joined their Barton family Christmas Gathering with the Santa Claus Parade to make this event even bigger and better. On behalf of the merchants of the Downtown Williams Lake Central BIA, Boitanio Mall and Canadian Tire, I would like to invite everyone to come downtown to join us in the fun and the lighting of our Christmas tree.
