We came across the quote to the right recently
that is attributed to Max Lucado. Powerful!
Think about this quote…really think about it.
How often do we just thank God for everything
in a quick daily prayer? When was the last time
you laid down at night and really thought about all the things
God has given you? How about the fact you could walk
today, talk today, get a hug today, smile today, let alone the
fact you had shelter, food to eat, clothes to wear and the list
goes on. When was the last time you had a really frustrating
event mess up your plans for the day and instead of
grumbling just thanked God for it? You know that bit of
delay just might have kept you from harm or from getting
into another situation you would not have wanted. If we
truly give God control of our lives then we can be grateful
for the daily good and the bad. So, try thanking God today
for everything one by one. It’s gonna take you a really long
time but your renewed attitude of gratitude will be worth it.
Thanking God for each of you. Happy Thanksgiving!
Loving serving with you. Bro. Bennie & Gail
