INFANT ROOM

NEWS

We welcome all babies to the program. We are enjoying all of them and each one of

them is special to us.

Babies seem to have settled in. Enjoying the outdoors playing in the snow and sleigh

rides being their most favorite thing to do.

We have done some interesting crafts such as, ice cube painting, finger painting,

colouring, pasting etc., and even making our very own sensory bottles.

The following babies have already celebrated their birthdays

October 2nd – Nova

October 31st – Bright

November 10th – Kiaan

November 22nd – Jaylah

November 25th – Dua

We are going to celebrate Misha’s first birthday on February 19th!

TODDLER ROOM

NEWS

We are very busy here in the Toddler Room. This is our most energetic group of children at the

Centre and they keep us busy throughout the day.

The toddlers love the outdoors and they have loads of fun playing in the snow.

We have kept the toddlers busy with crafts and other activities so that they are engaged and

learn through play while they spend the day with us

Where to begin in Pre-School?. This room has been super busy; their biggest achievement

was building a rocket ship!!! Apart from that, they have learned about so many other topics

which include, the earth, who lives on it and also how to take care of it. Veggies and

numbers are some of the other topics they have talked about.

There is currently a stomach flu that is going around –

If your child is sick, please keep them home for 48

hours (after they are symptom free) in order to avoid

an outbreak.

Coronavirus symptoms (FYI) – Fever, Cough and

Shivers

Fees: Just a reminder that fees are due regardless if

you are on vacation or due to illness. The spot is

being reserved for your child and resources are

brought in accordingly.

Tax Receipts: Will be issued by the end of February

Labeling of items: Please ensure that you label all

items including water bottles, sippy cups, feeding

bottles prior to bringing in them to the Centre.

Kindertots Goes Paperless

We are pleased to let you know that we have obtained an App called Mykiddo.ca (thanks to Gaya and Chinthaka our current parents) who have an IT background and offered to design this app for Kindertots.

We have just started sending out emails and we ask that you check it out and change your password by clicking “forgot password”

We will be sending daily updates, pictures etc. via this app and discontinue hard copies of daily sheets.
