You look at their checks, you watch them

get director gifts, you see their

camaraderie, and you visualize yourself

joining them.

That’s why we’ve created the IT

FACTOR and the IT

FACTOR ELITE. We

want you to have a

challenge to strive for,

and a place to win. It’s

something you can grow

into if December isn’t

your first month to finish

one or the other. What I

know for sure is that

anyone who does either

for the next three

months, is going to be

revered and cheered for

at our National Debut March 5th. And

those who do the ELITE for 3 months…

you know where you’ll be the 4th of

March? You’ll be serving the celebrities.

You’ll be basking in the knowledge that

you’re moving up and getting ready to

move out of the house and be one of the

GROWN Ups in the IT National AREA.

Dear Scintillating Superstars,

We’re on TARGET for Gold

Circle. Our area is SO TOTALLY on

TARGET! Last year I didn’t even know

what Gold Circle was. Now, I know

that because our unit and our other

units are selling product and

sponsoring new team members, we

are going for the GOLD! There’s

growth in this unit and this IT National

Area.

Understanding

this growth is more

poignant for those of

you who have kids

still at home, and

your other kids are

grown and have left

the house. That’s

how I feel about OUR

unit and my offspring

units. I’m home with

the KIDS, but still like

to visit and check on the grown ones.

I feel like we’ve got such a special

UNIT. We love our meetings on soup

night when we sip homemade chicken

noodle, savor the sharp bite of the chili,

and slurp down the homemade

noodles. We cheer as we strive for our

9th year of finishing the CIRCLE OF

EXCELLENCE, and we know we’re

not quite there, so we’re selling more.

We ask how the other KIDs (units) are

doing, and listen to their intelliverse
