• One championship field / stadium–seating for 1,500 / berm / room for expansion
• Family amenities – playgrounds, volleyball, horseshoes, etc.• Greenway connectivity/ walking / hiking trails• Indoor programming space
•Other Comments:
• Consider CATS relocating to perimeter • Multi vehicular access points into park• Stormwater considerations / maintain natural creek• Traffic on Tank Town Road
