9.4. Resolution no. 412 of SP Cotabato- A resolution declaring ordinance no. 004 series of 2013 of the SB Magpet which approves / authorizes the 2013 Supplemental Budget no. 1 of the Municipality of Magpet with a total appropriation of P8,036,686.07 for the general fund proper , OPERATIVE.

9.5. Communication from Usec. Benjamin E. Martinez, Jr., Chief of Staff of Office of the Vice-President of the Philippines. RE: Reply to SB Resolution requesting for one unit school building intended for Barangay Binay Elementary School . ( “as much as we want to help you with your request we are constrained by the limited budget of the Office of the Vice-President”).

9.6. Draft ordinance no. 07-2013 authored by Hon. Councilor Antonio Takinan – An ordinance declaring and establishing October 29 of CY 2013 and on every year hereafter as indigenous people’s day otherwise known as SOHOKA-AN FESTIVAL in the Municipality of Magpet.
