Annual Meeting of the German Pharmaceutical Society – DPhG
Novel Therapies forFuture Challenges
2. Circular
saarbrücken, Germanyseptember 26 – 29, 2017at saarland university
Welcome Address
Dear colleagues, the President of the German Pharmaceutical society (dPhG) and the congress chairman would like to invite you to saarbrücken, Germany, in september to attend our annual dPhG meeting 2017. With this year‘s meeting we would like to focus on novel therapies for future challenges. This topic has found its expression in the structure and contents of the many sessions and lectures of the 2017 meeting, where we aim to address future challenges in interdisciplinary as well as in focused sessions within each pharmaceutical discipline.
We are looking forward to welcoming you and your co-workers in saarbrücken. Poster contributions and the pertaining interaction of younger scientists with other attendees are a major part of the annual dPhG meeting. We will therefore schedule a dedicated oral poster presentation session for Phd students and will provide generous time for poster sessions. Furthermore, we will offer “prime time” sessions for our excellent young postdocs and group leaders who have not yet received a professor position and need our full attention to secure growth and sustainability of academic pharmaceutical science in the future.
Best wishes for a fruitful meeting with intensive scientific exchange and discussions!
Prof. Dr. Thorsten Lehr congress chairman
Prof. Dr. Stefan Laufer dPhG-President
