Description:

Peroxylase is a stabilized, liquid catalase made by submerged fermentation of a non-pathogenic microorganism. Peroxylase specifically breaks down hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water. The enzyme has no effect on textile fibres or dyestuffs.

The advantages of using Peroxylase over the traditional process are as follows: A. Only 50-100 liter of water is consumed per Kg of textiles. B. Complete Bleach Clean up is obtained in 10-20 minutes. C. Peroxylase do not affect dyestuffs or textile material D. Complete environment friendly process.

Application:

The following Bleach Clean up procedure is recommended in batch processing equipment such As soft – flow, jet, winch and jiggers.

1. Drain the spent bleaching liquor and give one rinse. 2. Fill the fresh cold water to obtain the required liquor ratio for dyeing and ensure The pH is between 5.5 – 9.5 Temperature should be between 20-50C. 3. Add 0.5 – 1.0gpl of Peroxylase run for 10-15 min. Check for residual peroxide with Merck Peroxide Test Strips. 4. Start the dyeing procedure without changing the liquor.

. Technical Function :Used for the desizing of textiles at application temperatures ranging from 55’C to 75’C Attributes:Desize-CS is an alpha amylase produced by a selected strain of Bacillus subtilies. It is used for desizing of fabrics and garments at medium process temperatures i.e. 55 to 75’C. Desize-CS removes starch without any negative effect on the textile fibres.

Application:The impregnation solution should have pH range 6.0 to 6.5. The optimum dosage of Desize-CS depends on the desizing conditions, size composition and type of fabric. Normally 2 to 5 gpl gives satisfactory results. It is compatible with wetting agents and surfactants normally used in the desizing process. For Garment it can be used at 0.75% - 1.0% on weight of garments.

Storage:At a storage temperature of 25’C or below, the product maintains the declared activity for at least 6 months. Prolonged storage temperatures above 30’C should be avoided. Packing: 25 kgs HDPE carboys.

Biopolishing is an enzymatic process for finishing of cellulosic materials such as cotton, linen, viscose, ramie and their blends with synthetic fibres. It is a process that removes fuzz and eliminates pilling in cellulosic garments. The enzyme performs a controlled hydrolysis of the cellulosic fibres in order to modify the fabric surface. This keeps the garments looking new even after repeated washes. It effects are permanent, without involving chemical coating of the fibre. Application : CelluSoft is well suited for Biopolishing of Gabardine trousers, Shirts (Garment dyed and Fabric dyed) and other garments made of cellulosic materials.

Enzyme Dosage: 0. 4% -8% O.W.G (on weight of garment) Treatment Time : 45-90 minutes. pH : 4.5-5.5 Optimum pH : 4.8 Occurrence : Liquid Nature : Acid. Temperature : 48 – 55C.

The Enzyme treatment should be terminated by a thorough rinse and detergent wash – off followed by treatment with Amino Silicone /Cationic softener which will give Unmatched Softness.

Due to mild condition of treatment process is less corrosive. Fancy Colour – flenced surface can be obtained without or a partial use of stone. More reproducible effect can be obtained. It allows more loading of the garment into machines. Environmental friendly treatment. Less damage to seam edges. Wear and tar of equipment is minimum due to lesser use or absence of stones. Use of softener can be avoided or minimized. Easy handling of floor and severs as messy sludge of stones does not interfere.
