Tour Highlights

Friday, July 17: Depart for Scarborough, ME and check-in to the Fairfield Inn Maine Mall before the included dinner.

Saturday, July 18: Breakfast included each morning at the hotel. Check-out and tour Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park. View Frenchman’s Bay and Porcupine Islands from Cadillac Mountain. Check-in to the Bluenose Inn before venturing to the charming village of Bar Harbor.

Sunday, July 19: Check-out and depart for Campobello Island to Saint John for a guided tour of the city and the Reversing Falls. Check-in to the Hilton Saint John, and enjoy dinner in the city.

Monday, July 20: Check-out and travel to Prince Edward Island, visit Fundy National Park and Hopewell Rocks. Cross the Confederation Bridge, arriving into Charlottetown. Check-in to Hampton Inn & Suites before dinner and the performance of Anne of Green Gables at The Confederation Centre of the Arts.

Tuesday, July 21: Meet our local tour guide to tour the North shore through “Anne’s Land” and PEI National Park. Visit the famous PEI Preserve Company and the L.M. Montgomery’s Cavendish National Historic Site/Green Gables Heritage Place. For dinner, a traditional PEI Lobster Dinner.

Wednesday, July 22: Check-out and board the Northumberland Ferry and sail across the Northumberland straight to Nova Scotia. Once in Pictou, continue on to Cape Breton Island and Baddeck. Visit Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site. Check-in to Auberge Gisele’s Inn, with free time before dinner.

Thursday, July 23: Meet our local tour guide and tour along Cabot Trail. Enjoy a picnic lunch and stops in Cheticamp, a busy Acadian fishing village, Ingonish, and St. Ann’s, home of the Gaelic College of the Celtic Arts and Crafts. Return to the hotel for the included dinner.

Friday, July 24: Check-out and depart for Halifax, NS. Check-in to the Four Points by Sheraton. For dinner, embark on a scenic dinner cruise around Halifax Harbor, the second largest natural harbor in the world.

Saturday, July 25: Meet our step-on tour guide and visit Peggy’s Cove and Peggy’s Cove Light. Return to Halifax for a guided tour, including a visit to Fairview Lan Cemetery. You will also visit Halifax Public Gardens and the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site. Enjoy dinner in the city.

Sunday, July 26: Tour along the Evangeline Trail. and see the Grand Pre National Historic Site. Enjoy free time in Annapolis Royal before visiting Port-Royal National Historic Site. Depart and check-in to Rodd’s Grand Yarmouth hotel. Gather for dinner in the evening.

Monday, July 27: Check-out and board the high-speed ferry cruise back to Bar Harbor, ME. Travel to South Portland, ME and check-in to the Best Western Merry Manor before our farewell dinner .

Tuesday, July 28: Check-out and depart for home with rest stops en route.
