Connecting Apphaus

Done during my internship at SAP Labs, Bangalore, this project includedcreating a dashboard for IoT devices used in an office space.

The dashboardwas designed both for web interaction and television display interfaces.

Creating an user interface which provided information about the connected sensorsandusing data visualisation to show insights were key aspects of this project.

Auditor Platform for Ernst and Young

Product DesignFiori GuidelinesInteraction Design

Designed for the data administrators, this application facilitatespreparing data for financial audit process. All the features of the application were made

in accordance with the Fiori guidelineslaid out by SAP. Another app, which is WIP is

being designed for the auditors of E&Y. Due to the NDA signed, more details

about this application is not shared here.

Using the application, data administrators can prepare andmanage the data which are later used by the auditors.

Sparsh

Prototyping Visual DesignInteraction Design

Sparsh is a mobile application designed for the ASHA workersin thecontext of Indian rural healthcare system. Made at a 1 day hackathonorganized by

Philips India, the app used the APIs provided by the Philips Healthcare

Suite Digital Platform to enable ASHA workers to manage healthcare for the villagers.

This concept idea and execution won runners upposition in the hackathon.

A clickable prototype of the Sparsh appwas made using Justinmind for the hackathon

Flip - a - Trip

Created during the two week Intencityworkshop at Zurich University of the Arts,Flip - a - Trip is a concept to inform and motivate the tram travellers in Zurich city to

have new experiences and travel to new places in the city. The idea was that a

flipped Tram ticket reveals a ticket to a nearby event/ space/ community. Contributed to

creating the storyboard and refining the identity for the concept.

Photography Field ResearchInteraction Design

This project involved documenting the intangible heritageabout temples in India. Field visitsto a few temples in Kolar was done for this purpose. Photographs, recorded audio, voice

interviewstaken during the researchphase were used in the final concept of a

web platform which aims to aggregate all the intangible heritage

associated with Indian temples.

Various photographs taken during the initial research were usedin the final web prototype.

The photographs were combined with recorded stories for the web prototype.

Usability Testing

Conducted usability testing on the site quizbrain.comsite usingthe Usability testing script provided by Steve Krug in the book Dont Make Me Think.

The tasksfor the usability tests were around the various quizzes and other

features in the site.

Users carried out the tasks which were framedfor usability testing.

Their interactions with the screen were recordedwith screen recording software.

Users encouraged to think aloud and their responserecorded using a camera.
