DOubLe CORe bOLT-On SILenCeR

Factory mufflers are approaching the size of a small suitcase, and weigh up to 25 pounds. Performance riders want to replace these large heavy units with smaller and lighter silencers. Our new Double Core silencers meet our standards of power, light weight and acceptable sound.

In our Double Core silencer, the sound waves are broken up when passing through a special multi-baf-fled center core into a second chamber. The second chamber has a larger heavily perforated core backed up with a thick layer of our high density long strand packing material. The result is a lightweight muffler with a pleasant turbo sound.

The Stock Arctic Cat F8 Muffler weight is 21 lbs.

ARCTIC CAT - F8/M8/XF8 PRO LITE DOUBLE CORE SILENCER ADDS POWER - SAVES WEIGHT

The new Arctic F-8 800 cc sled is a great han-dling machine with one of the strongest motors available at 162.8 hp stock. We felt this could be improved upon when we saw the large suite case muffler. When we weighted it at 21lbs. on our scale we knew that there was room to lighten up. When we were done on the dyno, our new Pro Lite Double Core Silencer gained 2 hp, up to 165 hp with a 200 rpm wider powerband and weighed in at 5 lbs, a 16 lbs. savings over stock.

If you want to save more weight we also offer a Single Core Sno-Cross Silencer which weighs in at 3.5 lbs. With the smaller silencers you also gain quite a bit of space, and some customers who were looking for a place to store a spare belt and some tools thought this space between the Pro Lite Silencer and the front of the side panel looked promising. With 2 more hp, a 200 rpm wider powerband and a 16 lbs weight If you want to save more weight.

Aaen Pro Lite Double Core Silencer adds 2 hp and saves 16 lbs.

3 Aluminum SilencerS

rebuildable racing SilencersWe developed these silen-cers to meet the new I.S.R. race silencer rules. This fiber-packed silencer has the required 6 core length and a lightweight 2.25 aluminum body. A steel endcap is fastened with 3 screws to make it quickly rebuildable. The steel cap can be clamped or welded to the stinger. The silencers are sized to fit over O.D. of your stinger. The core will then match the O.D. of your stinger pipe. Shorten your stinger pipe 6 when mounting to obtain correct flow and tuning lenght.

These larger 3 rebuildable aluminum silencers can be used on larger twin pipes or on single torquer pipes. Silencers are available in 1 1/4, 1 3/8 and 1 1/2 core size.

Replacement Clutch

This is a very good clutch to use when replacing your worn out OEM clutch.

Stamped steel drum reduces rotating weight, machined to make it perfectly round for better shoe contact and then coated it for rust protection. Holes on the back side of the clutch are removed to eliminate chain oil from getting on the shoes causing them to slip. The drive key is part of the clutch to reduce crankshaft wear from poor fitting keys. The drive shoes can be removed from the clutch for cleaning or spring changes between races without having to remove the whole clutch from the shaft. The springs are a clip design which reduces heat fatigue and can be changed in seconds with snap ring pliers. Dominator clutch is a good option for Improved Stock racing.

The Bikeman Performance Billet Head Kits give you the best of both worlds with excellent horsepower gains and better cooling capacity. Our billet head kits utilize an im-proved squish band, new pocket design, and slightly more compression for pump gas friendly horsepower.

High elevation heads can gain up to 20lbs of compres-sion. High altitude gains of 10hp through the midrange and 6-8hp peak. Low altitude gains of 5hp through the midrange and 4-6 peak. All heads are a great gain in low end torque!

Bikeman Performance CNC machined Billet Head Kits are a great option when youre looking to upgrade your sled. You will see significant horsepower gains as well as increased cooling capacity. The increased cooling is important for heavily modified sleds, and especially important for ported and big bore applications.

We carefully design our heads for each model and improve the squish band, dome angles and compression. High elevation heads can gain up to 20 lbs of compression and 8-10 HP while our low compression premium pump gas heads will see about a 4-5 HP gain. Both high and low altitude heads gain excellent low end grunt. Our kits come complete with a billet head, billet domes and dome-to-cover o-rings. The kits do not include new cylinder head o-rings.

Arctic Cat Performance Manifolds

We have taken the industry by storm with our high performance bolt-on manifolds. All of our manifolds are direct replacements for the factory equip-ment except for the 03-04 F6/F7 model that requires an updated 05-06 pipe support mount that needs to be riveted to the frame. No fuel modifications are needed except for the 2007 M/X-Fire 1000 models that dont have an updated flash. Premium fuel is highly recommended when using our high performance manifolds.

These manifolds offer huge torque gains, excellent throttle response, a small price tag, and easy installation. They come in your choice of a high-temp black paint or a ceramic chrome coated finish. We can also weld on EGT bungs for an additional $CALL. This is quick and easy bolt-on power thats easy on the pocketbook!!!
