Definition:

Any legal person intended to initiate a practice or to possess a source, shall submit a prior notification to the Regulatory Authority.

Notification is the basic mechanism which provides information to the Regulatory Authority about a proposed action.

Application for authorization serves also as notification.

Apparatus exempted by the Regulatory Authority may require notification (conditional exemption).

Prior to making a decision about granting an exemption for certain types of sources.

From the importers and dealers about the sources imported, exported and distributed.
