STEP 1: LOG IN TO THE EBUSINESS PLATFORMUpon log-in, you will see the bellicon at the top right corner, which shows new notifications on your bookings/shipments.

STEP 2: NOTIFICATION SETPUP DASHBOARD
Setup: Manage subscriptions View all: Notification history
Click on the bell icon. The "Setup" button at the bottom of the dropdown menu opens the subscription dashboard.

STEP 3: SUBSCRIPTION DASHBOARD (1)Subscriptions are grouped by categories. Expand each category to see the full list of updates you can customise to receive.
