NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Further to advice provided on 13 March 2019, the Board of Countrywide Australasia Ltd (Countrywide) hereby announces that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has now consented to the resignation of Countrywide’s auditors, effective from the date of this notice.

In accordance with ASIC Regulatory Guide 26, paragraphs RG 26.59-RG26.61, Countrywide provides the following information:

The outgoing auditor is:

Christopher William Lamb Lamb Lowe & Partners 130 Francis Street Richmond NSW 2753

The incoming auditor is:

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Level 11 169 Macquarie Street Parramatta NSW 2150

The reason for the change was that following a strategic business review, Christopher Lamb resigned as Countrywide’s auditor. Pursuant to the consent now received from ASIC, PwC is appointed as the company auditor with effect from the date of this notice.
